The Yamaha U1G is a compact professional upright piano from the U series. This example has been fully restored and is in top technical and cosmetic condition. Both the exterior and the internal components have been thoroughly worked on to make the instrument like new again.

The cabinet has been repainted with a high-quality polyester high-gloss lacquer. The key coverings have been replaced and the soundboard has been refinished. Action, hammers and strings have been repaired or replaced where necessary; all felt parts and hinge or bearing work have been renewed as standard. Brass parts have been thoroughly polished.

Functionally the piano is finished with a practice pedal and a slow-fall mechanism on the fallboard, for comfortable and safe use. After the overhaul we provide a 10-year warranty on this instrument, which underlines confidence in the work performed.

Silent system: we offer a universal silent system that we install on request. This gives you the freedom to choose a piano from our full range and have the silent system fitted to it. Occasionally we also have Yamaha pianos available with an original factory-fitted silent system.
