This example is a Yamaha U1H, one of the best‑known models from the U1 series. The U1H is highly regarded for its reliable construction and characteristic tone.

The instrument has been fully restored: both the interior/action and the cabinet have been refurbished. The case has been repainted in high‑gloss polyester, the keytops have been replaced and the soundboard has received a new coat of lacquer. The action is also in like‑new technical condition.

Strings and hammer heads have been repaired or replaced where necessary. All felt parts and the moving parts of the action have been routinely renewed. Brass components have been polished so that the whole looks like new again.

The piano is supplied with a practice pedal and a soft‑close (slow‑fall) fallboard. We provide a 10‑year warranty on these restored instruments.

Silent systems
We offer various silent systems. Occasionally we encounter original Yamaha silent systems that were factory‑installed; in most cases we install a universal silent system. The advantage of this is that you can choose freely from our entire piano range, after which we install the desired silent system for you.
