Exterior case in good condition -- a small number of ebony lacquer scratches (easily repaired). No observable dents or gouges in case. The Baldwin "L" is part of Baldwin's "Artist" series grands...and is their premier line of pianos. These pianos are admired for their high build quality and durability.
