This Steinway & Sons Model M grand piano was built in Hamburg in around 1994 and is a lovely example of this well proportioned and highly regarded model.

At 5’7” (170cm) in length, the Model M is a popular size for the home, offering a balanced combination of musical presence and practical proportions. It sits comfortably in a wide range of domestic environments while maintaining the tonal depth expected from a Steinway grand.

This instrument has been well cherished throughout its life and regularly maintained by the highly regarded technician Jeff Shackell, who fitted a new top action in 2019.
