This attractive W.Hoffmann upright piano stands at 114cm in height and is presented in a polished mahogany cabinet with elegant cabriole legs. Unlike many modern W.Hoffmann pianos, which are now produced in the Czech Republic, this example is a traditionally handcrafted German instrument. The quality of construction is evident throughout. It was originally supplied new by Harrods and still retains its original Harrods sticker, a small but notable detail that reflects the calibre of the instrument. The cabinet is particularly attractive, with carved panel detailing and graceful proportions that suit a more traditional interior. The polished mahogany finish remains in very good condition with no fading, and the overall presentation is excellent.
