Service and history:
This instrument was used primarily for recording and has been well maintained. It has been tuned regularly; on July 8, 2025 the strings were leveled and the action was fully regulated. Hammers were reshaped and voiced on July 9, 2025 and still have a lot of life left. The piano has been kept in a fully controlled humidity environment (50%). This is a second‑owner instrument.
