Beschreibung
Pleyel F170 baby grand piano, serial number 232860, built in Braunschweig, Germany, by Schimmel on commission, based on French Pleyel designs and patents.
The piano has just been tuned and adjusted. Originally sold by Fabbrini (Pescara) and played only for amateur practice.
It has a unique Pleyel tone, rich in harmonics, with precise Renner mechanics, a Ciresa soundboard, and the best German components such as Roslau steel and Diamant pins.
Transport to the ground floor is included in the price (only ITALY).
There are small dents on the exterior that do not affect the beauty of the sound in any way.
Notes on Pleyel:
The renowned and historic piano manufacturer Pleyel has been producing high-quality pianos since 1807, which are immediately recognizable for their characteristic romantic sound, delicate touch, and sensitive playing, offering highly expressive dynamics.
Pleyel pianos are synonymous with Frédéric Chopin, the romantic repertoire, and, today, jazz.
They are characterized by deep, rich bass notes, crystal-clear treble notes, and a melodious midrange.
Chopin liked to experiment with the “color” of sound, and Pleyel gave him the wide tonal range he needed for his work.
“And it is always in the secret of its aristocratic and moving sound that the soul of the most musical of pianists is most at ease.” Alfred Cortot (on Pleyel and Chopin).
“When I feel in good shape and strong enough to find my sound, I need a Pleyel piano.” (Frédéric Chopin).
Size: 174 cm long x 154 cm wide.
