I am selling a Balitka piano. The instrument has not been used or tuned for several years. The current technical condition is unknown, because I live in another city and the piano is kept by another person who is not a specialist in musical instruments.

The price is a bargain, and the sale is urgent due to a change of plans by the owner of the house where the piano is located.
