This particular piano is in very good condition aesthetically and mechanically, it has a nice medium tone, light\medium action and it also has Yamaha factory fitted Celeste Rail - a rare option on grand pianos for quieter playing. It was tuned to the concert pitch, voiced, regulated and check to ensure it's perfect mechanically and ready to go.
