Description:
This Yamaha U1D example has been professionally overhauled and is in excellent condition. The instrument delivers a warm and soft tonal character and has been fully refurbished both inside and out.

In our restoration the original two-pedal system has been supplemented with a third (moderator) pedal, recognizable by the curves in the top lid. The cabinet has been repainted with polyester high-gloss lacquer and the key coverings have been replaced. The soundboard has received a new coat of varnish and the interior of the instrument has been completely refreshed.

Technical work:
- Strings and hammer heads have been repaired or replaced where necessary.
- All feltwork and other wear parts in the action have been replaced as standard.
- Brass parts have been polished and look like new again.
- Fitted with a practice pedal and slow-fall on the fallboard.

Warranty and options:
Based on the revision carried out we offer 10 years' warranty on this instrument. We also supply silent systems: sometimes we have examples with an original built-in Yamaha silent system, but generally we install a universal silent system of your choice so that you are free to choose from our range.
