This is a fully refurbished Yamaha U3H piano. Both the internal mechanism and the cabinet have been thoroughly overhauled: the case has been sprayed in high‑gloss polyester, the key coverings have been replaced and the soundboard has received a new coat of varnish. The interior has also been refurbished technically and cosmetically, bringing the instrument back to like‑new condition.

The action and strings have been repaired or replaced where necessary. All felt work and the bushings in the action have been renewed as standard. Brass parts have been polished and look like new again. The piano is fitted with a studio pedal and a slow‑fall on the key lid.
