The Yamaha U1H is one of the most recognisable models in the U1 series. Due to the large production volume in the 1970s this model often appears on the second-hand market, but it remains popular for its reliable playing character.

This example has been professionally refurbished; both the interior and the exterior have been thoroughly addressed. The case has been re-sprayed with polyester high-gloss lacquer, the key coverings have been replaced and the soundboard has been revarnished. The internal action has been restored to like-new condition, which is why we offer a 10-year warranty on this instrument.

Strings and hammerheads have been repaired or replaced where necessary. As standard we replace all feltwork and the cams/bearings in the action. All brass parts have been polished and look like new again. The piano is equipped with a practice pedal and a slow-fall mechanism on the fallboard.

Yamaha silent piano?
If you wish a silent function: we supply multiple silent systems. Regularly we have Yamaha pianos with an original factory-installed silent system, but usually we offer a universal silent system. The advantage of the universal system is that you can freely choose from our full range of instruments and we install the silent system to your requirements.
