This example is one of the best-known variants from the Yamaha U1 series. The U1H was produced in the years 1972–1980 and is among the most widespread used Yamaha pianos.

Our refurbished Yamaha uprights and grands are thoroughly restored, both inside and out. The cabinet is finished with a polyester high-gloss lacquer, the key coverings have been replaced and the soundboard has received a new coat of lacquer. The internal action has also been completely overhauled, which is why we provide 10 years' warranty on these instruments again.

Strings and hammer heads have been repaired or replaced where necessary. All felt parts and hingework in the action are renewed as standard. Brass parts are polished and look like new again. The piano is equipped with a practice pedal and a slow-fall mechanism on the keyboard lid.

Yamaha Silent piano?

Yamaha Silent pianos are popular in the Netherlands; we offer several silent systems. Sometimes we have instruments with an original, factory-installed Yamaha silent system. However, in most cases we install a universal silent system of your choice. This allows you to first choose the piano model from our full range and then have the desired silent system installed, rather than being limited to prefabricated silent versions.
