For sale is an authentic Kaps upright piano, 135 cm high, manufactured in Dresden around 1899. This instrument has a distinctly romantic sound, representing the robust German school of piano building from the turn of the 20th century.

The piano was purchased in Rome in the 1960s and has stood in the same apartment, in the same room, in stable conditions for over 60 years. It has not been used intensively since the 1980s, but has been stored with great care, avoiding exposure to moisture or temperature fluctuations.
