It was manufactured in Japan (not in Indonesia or China) in 2002 — serial number: 2447326. It is part of a limited edition dedicated to Kawai’s 75th anniversary. A few units were handcrafted with great care for the occasion. The soundboard is Ciresa, a brand recognized for the beauty and power of the sound it produces. The action is original wood, not carbon.
