Used, Pleyel, N° 3 (204) 1/2

Pleyel 1/2 tail - model 3 (2m04) from 1925 in black varnish.
It is fitted with an openwork cast-iron frame (2439 of this model appeared in 1906).
The windchest, bridge soles, pegs and steel and spun ropes (Heller) are new. The hammers, noses, dampers, mortises and other wearable parts are also new. The ivory keyboard has been rewhitened and repolished. The cabinet has been varnished. The touch is light and airy, the sound romantic, round and subtle, the timbre quintessential of the great period of this great French maker.
