Description
Piano from 2024, in near-new condition, available for France and across Europe.
Steingraeber & Söhne is a family-owned manufactory from Bayreuth founded in 1852, today run by the seventh generation. The house favors the use of natural materials and traditional techniques to create living instruments, handcrafted in Bavaria.
The A-170 model, despite its 170 cm size, offers surprising projection and harmonic richness for its format. Its wide structure allows the use of exceptionally long bass strings, and the bridge glued directly onto the soundboard significantly increases vibrational transmission, approaching the behavior of a half-concert grand.
The soundboard is made of solid Strunz spruce, custom worked and equipped with a Tri-Tone duplex scale. The Renner/Steingraeber action rests on an aluminium and red beech frame, with Wurzen hammers having a maple core. Steel strings are Röslau, wound strings on a copper core are Degen, fitted with reinforced agraffes for the bass and mid registers.
Example from 2024, in near-new condition, ideal for professional use or for the demanding amateur looking for a compact yet expressive grand. Serial number: 48152.
Instrument inspected and regulated by our technicians before delivery. Transport (national and international) and tuning are included in the offer.
