We have for sale a used Steinway & Sons A-188 master grand piano. Manufactured in Hamburg in 1940, Steinway pianos from this period are considered by many experts to be the most successful Steinway instruments. The instrument's original condition and excellent acoustic preservation meant it did not require any repairs to the soundboard, bridges, or ribs, thus retaining the long-lasting, beautiful, and powerful sound and timbre typical of instruments from that period. The restoration was carried out in accordance with Steinway & Sons's restoration practices, and the correction and intonation were performed by technicians with appropriate Steinway training and certifications.
