Description
I am selling a well‑maintained collector's piece: Steinway & Sons A‑188, salon grand piano (188 cm) in black high‑gloss lacquer.
The instrument was comprehensively overhauled in 1992 with artisan workmanship. During this work the acoustic system, the finish and the action were renewed to good craft quality; an invoice is available.
An additional cleaning of the acoustic system took place in December 2025.
The grand offers a beautiful tonal development and shows clear potential for further acoustic development.
The keys are overlaid with ivory; a current certificate for lawful sale is available.
The black polyester lacquer is, considering the age, in good condition with only a few signs of use.
Non‑smoking household.
