This Steinway & Sons Model B measures 6'11" (211 cm) and presents a warm, articulate voice well suited to elegant homes and medium-sized recital spaces.
The piano is finished in rosewood and retains classic visual appeal. It features 85 keys, three pedals and a width of 148 cm. Serial number 50755; built in New York in 1883.
The instrument was formerly owned by a renowned concert pianist. About twenty years ago the action was fully renewed using certified Steinway replacement parts, which improved responsiveness while preserving the instrument’s historic character.
