meticulous care
The condition of this piano is impeccable, thanks to moderate use and regular servicing, including a thorough cleaning, lubrication, and regulation of the action in 2019, as well as another round of revision after relocating to Switzerland in 2020. The exceptional condition of the original ebony and ivory keyboard was highlighted in a written expertise conducted by Stefano Colangelo of Klavierart SAGL on behalf of Steinway & Sons – Milan in December 2023. It is important to note that this expertise is documented in Italian, adding an international acclaim and prestige to the instrument.
A minor imperfection, a 2-3 cm scratch on the golden paint of the iron frame, does not affect the stunning sound quality for which Steinway & Sons is renowned worldwide. The availability of the expertise documentation and invoices related to the purchase and servicing upon request further underscores the transparency and trust in this instrument.
This piano represents an ideal option for demanding musicians, whether they are professionals, advanced amateurs, or students, offering an unparalleled musical experience. It also serves as an excellent choice for someone considering a reconditioning by Steinway, which would restore it to as-new condition. We invite you to contact us and personally experience the unmatched sound quality and elegance of this exquisite piano.
