Description
Upright piano Grotrian Steinweg 100 glossy black built in Germany serial number 99119 produced in the 70s.
Price of the new one around 14,500 euros.
The piano is perfect in the cabinet, just repainted in Italy and in all its mechanical components, it has just been tuned and set up according to the factory directives.
Rare to find in these sound and mechanical conditions.
Built in Braunschweig in Germany, it mounts Renner mechanics and the best components of German pianos such as Diamant pins, Roslau steel and soundboards with black forest woods.
Equipped with a particular high quality Renner hammer with more abundant felt on the bass and soft consistency to give a warmer timbre to the instrument.
Founded in 1830 Grotrian Steinweg is one of the most important piano brands in history:
The piano features the well-known rear star system which gives greater stability to the system and the cast iron frame connected only to the rear frame which allows free vibration of the internal system and produces the unique timbre of the brand.
Fun fact: Heinrich Engelhard Steinweg joined the Grotrian Steinweg firm before emigrating to the United States and founding Steinway & Sons under the name of Henry E. Steinway.
Piano with a sweet, exciting and soft European timbre, endowed with loads of bass despite its size.
The main royal houses of Europe (including the English one) have chosen the Grotrians.
High quality/price ratio.
Write me on Whatsapp if you find it busy or off, I will reply as soon as possible.
I am available, if seriously interested, to send you an accurate video on Whatsapp of piano test and demonstration of mechanical components and wear. Possibility of distance selling with regular contract. Mondini, Tuner.
