The piano was kept in one location its whole life in climate-controlled conditions, consistently around 73–75°F.
It has been regularly tuned; after a recent move to a new home it will need tuning again.
Included with the instrument is a substantial collection of sheet music up to intermediate level.
Two pristine bench cushions are provided, and decorative musical-note wall sconces can be included free of charge if wanted.
