Bought new in 2010 from Nantel musique in Montreal, it has not been moved since purchase and it is in our dining room in a ground floor apartment. It has never been exposed to humidity, but rather to a stable ambient temperature. The piano has been in use for 5 years and has not been tuned for 4 years. It's in perfect condition.
