The hammer heads are made from highly elastic Merino-walk felt, produced from the highest-quality Merino wool using a traditional fulling process in Germany. In combination with hardwood cores and tension-regulating underfelts, this concept provides a wide spectrum of tonal colors across all dynamic levels and results in long-sustaining tones due to low damping and a short contact time.
