Bösendorfer 225 – characterful grand piano with a rich tone

The Bösendorfer 225 is a high-quality, used concert grand piano with a warm, rich tone that offers a wide dynamic range. Thanks to the Resonance Case Principle, not only the soundboard but the entire case contributes to the resonance, resulting in a full and lively tonal quality. The removable Capo d’Astro improves precision and clarity in the highest register.

This instrument has 88 keys, three pedals and measures 225 cm in length (height 102 cm, width 159 cm). In our workshop the grand underwent an extensive overhaul; an experienced intoner worked several days to optimise the sound. Technically, the instrument is therefore in excellent condition and ready for many years of playing pleasure.
