Description
First-class restored salon grand piano C. Bechstein B 203 with precise response and a multifaceted, transparent tone.
The instrument has been extensively restored: the acoustic system has been completely overhauled; strings and tuning pins have been fully renewed. The soundboard and cast-iron plate were newly painted and professionally finished.
The action also received a complete overhaul according to the original construction: new hammers and hammer shanks, new damping, fresh action felts as well as the keyboard fittings ensure wear-free operation and an especially refined response.
The classic case of the B grand has been carefully polished to a high-gloss black and presents itself as an elegant eye-catcher. All load-bearing parts (soundboard, pin block, bridges) are free of cracks and guarantee stable tuning.
The touch is very precise, professional and easy to control; the grand piano delights with its nuanced attack and clear, colourful tone.
Technical details: acoustic grand piano, length 203 cm, 88 keys, 2 pedals, color: black. If interested, we will send further photos and information.
