The action was freshly regulated and optimally adjusted. The hammerheads have been dressed; all required service work was carried out prior to handover.

Warranty provisions

Content and scope of the warranty:
This warranty relates to the functional condition of the purchased item. Damage resulting from improper handling or inadequate care is excluded. The warranty covers free replacement of material and labor within the scope of the warranty provisions; further costs are to be borne by the buyer. Tunings and service work are not covered by the warranty.

Duration of the warranty:
The warranty is valid for 5 years from handover and secures the defect‑free functionality of the instrument.

Geographical scope:
The warranty is limited territorially to Germany and the remainder of continental Europe.

Conditions for granting the warranty:
The buyer must comply with certain conditions, in particular regarding ambient climate, placement, care and service:

Ambient climate:
The instrument is sensitive to climatic fluctuations. The relative humidity in the room where it is placed should be between 40% and 60%. We are happy to advise on humidification and dehumidification options.

Best location:
Avoid direct heat radiation from radiators or direct sunlight. Doors or windows must not be opened immediately next to the instrument. Placement on underfloor heating is only permitted after professionally implemented protective measures and requires regular checks.

Care:
For cleaning, a slightly damp window cloth or a microfibre cloth or an antistatic duster is sufficient.

Service:
Service must be carried out by trained piano technicians within 3 months after delivery and thereafter at least once a year, ideally in spring and autumn. Instruments used professionally or placed unfavourably may require more frequent service.
