Sherwood Phoenix Pianos Nottinghamshire offers a Steinway & Sons Model D concert grand in black satin. At approximately 274 cm (9 ft) in length, the Model D is Steinway’s flagship concert instrument, prized for its depth of tone, powerful bass, singing treble and vast dynamic range.

This particular instrument was reconditioned by Steinway London in 1985 and has been kept by a single family since then, reflecting careful ownership. The piano combines the power expected of a full-size concert grand with refined control and tonal sensitivity at quieter dynamics.

It represents a rare opportunity to acquire a genuine Steinway Model D suitable for professional pianists, concert venues, recording studios, institutions or a large private music room.
