C. Bechstein Modell 7 – full, clear concert sound

For sale: a rare C. Bechstein Modell 7 from Berlin, comprehensively overhauled and technically inspected in our specialist workshop.

As part of the revision, the strings, tuning pins, Abel hammerheads, as well as ribbons, trimmings and numerous felts were renewed. The instrument’s acoustic action is preserved intact and free of cracks and has undergone a thorough technical inspection.

Sonically, the piano impresses with the full and warm yet clearly defined tone typical of Bechstein. The well-balanced touch makes this instrument suitable both for demanding classical repertoire and for versatile interpretations.

The case has been carefully restored and finished in black high-gloss polish, which particularly emphasizes the classic lines.
