Seiler 180 PE Messing – restored grand piano, rich and compact

This used Seiler 180 PE Messing is an elegant 180 cm grand piano that offers a full, warm tone while remaining compact enough for a living room or smaller music room.

The case is finished in high-gloss black with brass-coloured accents that give the instrument a classic and luxurious appearance. In our own workshop the cabinet was carefully restored and the lacquer has been refreshed as much as possible.

Brass parts such as hinges, casters and pedals have been repolished. The keyboard and action have been precisely regulated for an even and pleasantly responsive touch. In addition, the keyboard has been thoroughly cleaned and polished and the playing surface has been cleaned.

The pins that guide the keys have been treated to reduce friction and make the touch feel smooth. Finally, the grand piano has been professionally tuned and voiced so that every note is pure and the tonal balance is well balanced.

As a result of these works the Seiler 180 is once again ready to play and prepared for years of enjoyment.
